Monthly small group training and group fitness performance classes are fee-based and require advance registration. Members save up to 50% off full-price program fees.
Finding the right group exercise class can take time. Some formats will resonate with you more than others and each instructor has their own style of teaching.
While most classes are suitable for all fitness levels, be sure to listen to your body and modify the exercises as needed.
If you're new to a class, arrive a few minutes early to talk with the instructor. They will be happy to help you get started and provide insight on how you can adjust exercises to fit your fitness level.
