As you get older, you may find that you have a new set of wellness goals you want to achieve, such as improving your balance or lowering your blood pressure. We’re committed to helping seniors stay physically and mentally healthy by providing programs that also strengthen social ties.
Gathering places are available at our branches for you to relax and chat with friends, while informational programs are offered to stretch your mind. In addition, we offer a wide range of group exercise classes for you to choose from, including:
- Low-intensity workouts like yoga and Tai Chi
- Water exercise that provides gentle resistance
- SilverSneakers® designed for ages 65 & up
