ADULT SPORTS

Whether you miss team sports from your youth or are looking for a new hobby, it's never too late to get in the game. Keep your body fit and your mind sharp by playing your favorite sport in a supportive, social environment.
Recreational sports can provide the foundation for an active, healthy lifestyle by energizing your sense of well-being. It's also a great way to improve your athletic skills and build rewarding relationships. When you play sports at the Y, you'll:
- Meet people in your community who have similar interests
- Make friends who can encourage you to stay active
- Challenge yourself by learning new skills
- Build your confidence, self-esteem, and strength

BASKETBALL
Play a pick-up game with friends during adult basketball or stop by open gym to shoot hoops.
PICKLEBALL
Socialize while playing a fast-paced, low-impact game or sign-up for pickleball lessons to learn the basics.
RACQUETBALL
A net-free sport for individuals or teams, racquetball is an intense workout that keeps you on your toes!
Racquetball courts are available for members on a first come, first serve basis. Each court allows for up to two players. Please stop by the Welcome Desk for access.
Racquets and balls are available for use, but members are encouraged to bring their own gear. Protective eyewear is highly recommended.
Age recommendations vary, but guidelines for adult sports offerings are typically 13+ or 18+. Please see our schedules and program information for details.
